Invoices and financial history
- Sequential invoice numbers shared across your devices through iCloud, with invoice history available in Settings.
- Completed appointments preserve their prices, discounts, taxes, and recorded costs, so later settings or catalog changes don’t rewrite those saved figures.
- Corrections and partial or full refunds keep the original invoice and a linked history of changes.
- Separate service and product tax calculations, with a new Sales Tax Report and CSV export.
- More detailed Financials on iPad and Mac, including corrections, refunds, cost sources, and CSV/PDF exports. Older costs are identified as estimates when historical costs aren’t available.
- Record corrections and partial or full refunds while preserving the original invoice and a linked history of changes. Book Visit Now records the adjustment; any movement of money is handled through your separate payment provider.
