Book Visit Now gives you tools to manage your business without handing your client database to us.
Your records are stored on your Apple devices and, when synchronization is enabled, within your private iCloud account. Terminus Finalis does not receive or host a copy of your client database through normal use of Book Visit Now.
We do not sell your client information, use it to advertise to your clients, or show them competing businesses through a booking marketplace.
You should not have to type information you already have.
When you choose an Apple Contact as a client, Book Visit Now copies the relevant details into its own client record. Depending on what is available, that can include the person’s name, phone number, email address, postal address, company, birthday, and contact photo.
Giving Book Visit Now permission to access Contacts does not automatically import your entire address book into your client list.
Apple Contacts and Book Visit Now maintain separate records. Your contact remains in Apple Contacts. Book Visit Now keeps the information needed alongside appointment history, preferences, pricing, notes, and documents.
The Sync Contacts screen lets you compare linked records and choose which field changes to apply. Running the comparison does not itself overwrite either record.
You can also enter a client manually without using Apple Contacts.

Book Visit Now stores your client and business records locally so you can work with them in the application.
In your private iCloud storage, when enabled.
Supported client records, appointments, treatment notes, photos, and settings synchronize through your private iCloud database. Scanned intake documents use your iCloud Documents storage when available, with a local fallback.
In the Apple services you use.
Apple Contacts holds its own contact records. With Calendar permission, Book Visit Now can also save appointment information to Apple Calendar. Those calendar events are separate from your complete Book Visit Now records.
Terminus Finalis does not operate a server that receives or hosts your client database. Using your own iCloud account does not give us access to it.
Book Visit Now uses client information to help you run your business. That does not mean Terminus Finalis receives it.

The applications, providers, and recipients involved handle that information under their own privacy practices.
These features do not give Terminus Finalis automatic access to your client database.
Book Visit Now prepares messages using your appointment information and templates. You review and send them through Messages or Mail.
There is no Book Visit Now marketing service sending messages to your clients behind the scenes.
Your clients do not need a Book Visit Now account or another application. They contact your business, and you manage their appointments.
We do not turn that relationship into a marketplace where they are shown competing businesses.
Where supported, Smart Summary uses Apple’s on-device model to draft an assessment from the text you enter.
The text is not sent to Terminus Finalis or an external AI service for summarization. Your saved notes can still synchronize through your private iCloud account when synchronization is enabled.
You review the draft before using it. Availability depends on your device, operating system, and supported Apple Intelligence features.
Our promise concerns your private client database. It does not mean we receive no information under any circumstances.
If you contact support, we receive your message and any screenshots, records, or diagnostic files you choose to include. You can remove or blur client information before sending them. Contacting us does not grant access to your application or iCloud database.
Apple may provide technical information, such as crash reports, performance diagnostics, subscription information, and aggregated App Store statistics, depending on your settings and Apple’s services. That does not give us access to your private client records.
Our website uses Google Analytics. The Book Visit Now application does not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers. Website visits and application records have different privacy practices.

Ending your Pro subscription does not delete your existing Book Visit Now records.
You can continue viewing your history and using supported exports on the free plan. Creating and managing bookings remains subject to the free plan’s active-client rules.
Information already saved to Apple Contacts or Apple Calendar remains there unless you remove it separately. However, those applications do not contain your complete Book Visit Now treatment, financial, or appointment history.
Before uninstalling Book Visit Now or changing your Apple Account, retain important documents and use the available exports to keep copies of records you need.
Book Visit Now is built around appointments you manage directly.
Those choices will not suit every business. They should be clear before you decide.
We earn money by providing Book Visit Now Pro, not by selling access to your customers.
Your client records are there to help you serve your clients. Using Book Visit Now does not give Terminus Finalis ownership of that information or access to your private database.
