Reminders

The app writes it. You send it.

From within an appointment, or from the Notifications Center, every message opens in Messages or Mail with the text already written. You read it, change anything you want, and press send. It goes from your number or your email address, because you sent it.

There is no third party in the conversation, no short code, and no text credits to buy.

Write them once, in your own voice

Type your own wording and drop in placeholders wherever you want them:

{clientFirstName} · {appointmentDate} · {appointmentTime} · {services} · {provider} · {providerPhone} · {locationName} · {locationAddress} · {businessName} · {businessMission}

A live preview shows the result as you type, using sample values. If you remove the address or phone number from your wording, the app adds them back on a separate line, because they are the two things clients most often need.

Reminder messages are already pre-populated, but you can use the above placeholders to customs the messages the way you like.

On Mac

Apple does not allow apps to open the Messages composer on Mac. For email, Mail opens normally. For a text, the message is copied to your clipboard and Messages opens for you to paste. Slightly clumsy, and honest about it.

What it does not do

No automatic sending, and none is planned. The point is that you see every message before your client does.

No bulk marketing campaigns.

No two-way texting inside the app. You do have two way texting within your messages app.

You can also see email replies within your Mail app.
