Multiple business reports, all searchable from one screen. All exportable to CSV.

Service & Product Profitability: everything you sell, ranked by what you actually keep.
$0 Cost Audit: a checklist of services and products with no cost recorded, so you know exactly why a profit figure looks wrong.
High-Value Clients: ranked by lifetime spend.

Slipped Clients: anyone who has not booked in 30, 60 or 90 days.
No-Show History: every missed appointment.
Client Acquisition: where your clients came from.
Referrals: who you have referred to other businesses and what it is worth.
Staff Performance: booked hours, revenue and rebooking rate per provider.
Activity Log: a full trail of bookings, edits and status changes.
While this is NOT a multi-user application, it does support multiple service providers and locations. You can make appointments for any of your service providers and locations.
Two things worth knowing, because they catch everyone:
Only appointments marked Completed or Checked In count as revenue. One left at Scheduled after the fact is invisible to your income reports. The app helps: past appointments needing a final status are listed under "Action Required" on each client's profile. Once you mark a visit as completed, the revenue moves from 'scheduled' revenue to your actual revenue reporting.
Profit needs costs. Reports can only show profit if you have entered what a service costs you to deliver. Run the $0 Cost Audit to see what is missing. Each product and service have methods to keep track of simple or very detailed costs.
CSV and PDF from every major report, through the share sheet on iPhone and iPad, or Share, Save to Disk and Print on Mac. Filenames carry the report and period.
Your data is yours and always exportable, including if you move back to the free plan.
Any appointment produces a proper invoice: your logo and business name, an invoice number, the client's details, itemized services and products, subtotal, loyalty discount, tax and total. Share it, save it or print it. On Mac it opens in its own window.
