No. There is no sign-up, no login and no password. The app uses the iCloud account you already have.
Contacts access lets you choose an existing person without retyping their details. When you use that person as a BVN client, relevant contact information is copied into a Book Visit Now client record. The app stores that record on your device and syncs it through your private iCloud database when enabled. You can decline Contacts access and enter client details manually.

A client is active while their 90-day period from a successful booking remains open, or while they have a qualifying upcoming appointment. A new booking can extend that period. Canceling, completing, or deleting an appointment does not shorten it. A slot becomes available when the activity period has ended and no qualifying upcoming appointment remains. After a Pro downgrade, your selected client slots and existing-appointment permissions also apply.
No. The 90-day window only ever moves forward. Canceling, a no-show, rescheduling or deleting the appointment does not shorten it. The slot frees up when the 90 days run out.
You carry on as normal with your existing clients. Booking an eleventh new client is what gets blocked, with the option to upgrade.
Your records remain available. If a client selection is required, choose up to ten clients for the free plan. For an unselected client, one eligible existing appointment may be marked as an appointment you can still honor. Other restricted appointments remain viewable and can be canceled or deleted, but may require an available client slot or Pro before they can be checked in or completed. Follow the badge and explanation shown on each appointment. All reporting will remain active. You can export full reports at any time.
No. Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. Your records and history stay available and exportable. You can export the data from your iPhone, iPad or Mac. You do NOT need to contact support.
Through Apple, like any subscription. Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription takes you to your App Store subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you, and we never see your payment details.
No. The subscription is not family shareable. Any device logged in to the SAME Apple ID will share the same data and be able to make appointments. This is intended to work as a business application on multiple devices, but not multiple accounts.

Book Visit Now maintains its own client and appointment records on your Apple devices. With iCloud synchronization enabled, supported records sync through your private iCloud database. Scanned intake documents use iCloud Documents when available, with a local fallback. Apple Contacts and Calendar can hold separate contact details and calendar events, but they do not contain your complete Book Visit Now history. Terminus Finalis does not receive or host your client database.
No. Using Book Visit Now does not send your client database to Terminus Finalis. If you voluntarily send client information in a support request, we receive the specific information you share; you can remove it before contacting us.
No, and we could not if we wanted to. Terminus Finalis does not use your Book Visit Now client records to market to your clients or promote competing businesses. Book Visit Now has no consumer marketplace, and your clients do not need an account or another app.
Book Visit Now uses Apple services for features such as iCloud synchronization, Contacts, Calendar, Maps, purchases, and communication. Messages, email, map links, and exports may also involve the provider or recipient you choose. We do have an option to look up addresses using Apple or Google Maps. If you use these options, the address alone is provider to the map lookup service provider.
The app does not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers.
Our website uses Google Analytics, and Apple may provide technical diagnostics as described in our Privacy Policy.
Smart Summary processes the note text using Apple’s on-device model. It does not send the text to an external AI service for summarization. Your saved notes can still sync through your own iCloud account when synchronization is enabled. Smart Summary requires a supported device, operating system, and available Apple Intelligence features.
Book Visit Now makes no such claim. Book Visit Now is designed as a general business scheduling and client-management app, not a healthcare product, and it provides no medical service. If you are subject to a regulatory regime, that assessment is yours to make.
Ending Pro does not delete your Book Visit Now records. You can continue viewing your history and using supported exports on the free plan. Linked Apple Contacts and successfully saved Calendar events remain in those apps, but they are not a complete backup of your Book Visit Now records. Export important reports and treatment records and retain your documents before uninstalling or changing accounts. Since your contacts are copied into the Book Visit Now database on your device as you use them, they are never deleted from your Apple Contacts app.
No. You create and manage appointments after clients contact you. Book Visit Now does not provide a client booking website, consumer app, or connection to an outside online scheduler. If online self-booking is essential to your business, choose a service that provides it.
Not in the app. We do not process payments, so there is no card on file and no ability to take deposits or bill automatically for a no-show.
No. Book Visit Now is built specifically for Apple platforms and there are no current plans for Android.
Not at this time. The app is built around one Apple Account for the business. You can define multiple providers and assign appointments to them. You can even set up multiple physical locations. The app works with only a single iCloud account.
Using Apple's current calendar sharing, you can share calendars with other iCloud users. If the other user makes changes to the calendar from their own device, the calendar might sync, however, those changes will not push into Book Visit Now.
We can see a possible need where multiple providers might each have their own Book Visit Now apps, running on their own iCloud accounts and share their calendars with each other. This would allow 'visibility' through Apple Calendar to each other's schedule, but not visibility or interactivity through Book Visit Now.
Do you integrate with Instagram, Square, or QuickBooks? Book Visit Now does not provide a direct business-system integration with these services. You can use a separate payment provider and export supported reports as CSV for accounting work.
