Between a solo suite and a multi-location chain there is a gap. Software built for spa teams is priced for a staff and a front desk. Software for solo operators assumes one person.
Book Visit Now sits in that gap, with one important limit we will get to.
Multiple providers and multiple rooms or locations. Define your team and your treatment rooms as locations, assign appointments to each, and the conflict checker warns you when a provider or a room is already taken. If you have multiple locations, each can be set up with its own address.
Business hours and capacity. Set your opening hours and the app colors each day green, amber or red by how full it is, so you can see a quiet Tuesday from across the room. (There is only one setting for hours. Hours are not per location)
Control with Staff or Location changes. If you have a provider that leaves, when you go to delete their profile, the system will ask WHO you want to assign any future appointments to, so they are not lost. This also works with location. Delete a location and transfer appointments to a different location (or room). Note that providers are not assigned to locations.
Time off and blocked hours for each provider individually.
A full service menu with durations, prices, and what each service costs you to deliver.
Treatment records: SOAP notes with before and after photos, per client, carried across providers.
Reporting that answers real questions. Revenue by period. Profit per service once costs are entered. Performance per provider, including rebooking rate. Which clients are worth the most and which cost the most to serve. Who has stopped coming.
Invoices as PDFs, printed or shared.
Book Visit Now has one login. You can define as many providers as you like and assign appointments to each, but everyone works from the same account; there are no individual staff logins, no permissions, and no way to restrict what a therapist can see.
For a spa where the owner and one or two others share a device, or where the owner does the booking, that is workable. For a spa with a front desk and staff who need their own access, it is not, and you should look at Mangomint or Boulevard instead. We would rather point you there than sell you a month.
No online booking. No integrated payments, deposits or card on file. No inventory, memberships or packages. No payroll. Apple only.
No marketplace and no commission on new clients. No contract. $24.99 a month total, not per location and not per provider. And your client records live in your own Apple Contacts and iCloud rather than a vendor's database.
Ten active clients with every feature, no time limit. Enough to run it alongside whatever you use now and see whether it fits.
Free for up to 10 active clients · Pro $24.99/month for unlimited active clients.
