Four things before you can book: a company name, one provider, one location, one service. The app shows you a checklist on first launch.

My appointments are not appearing on my other device. Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is switched on. The first sync can take a minute. If it persists, open the app on both devices and leave them in the foreground for thirty seconds.

A client's details are different in the app and in Contacts. Use Settings → Sync Contacts. It scans, shows you every difference side by side, and lets you pick which version to keep, field by field. Nothing is overwritten until you approve it.

I have the same client twice. The Sync Contacts scan also finds duplicate client records and offers a guided merge. Merging combines both histories into one client. It cannot be undone, and it never changes anything in Apple Contacts.

My reports show no profit. Reports can only calculate profit if you have entered what things cost you. Add your costs under Settings → Services Menu → Back-End Accounting, and the item cost on each product. The $0 Cost Audit report lists exactly what is missing.

An appointment is not showing up in my income reports. Only appointments marked Completed or Checked In count as revenue. An appointment still sitting at Scheduled after the fact will not appear. Past appointments needing a final status are listed under "Action Required" on the client's profile.

I cannot find my appointment in Apple Calendar. Look for a calendar named Book Visit Now, created automatically the first time you book. If you cannot see it, check it is switched on in the Calendar app.
