Book Visit Now seamlessly integrates with all your favorite Apple apps. When you create an appointment, you select from YOUR contacts list, and the appointment is saved directly in your Apple Calendar. If enabled, you will receive familiar Apple push notifications.
We also offer the option to pre-fill email or text messages so you can confirm appointments, remind your customers, and more. With just one click, your email or text message opens, allowing you to review and edit the content before hitting send.
If you add a new client during the appointment process, their information automatically updates in your contacts app.
Should you ever choose to cancel our service, all of your appointments will still remain in your calendar, and your contacts will not be lost. You will also have the ability to export any reports from Book Visit Now.
There is no app for your clients to download, ensuring they are not exposed to your competition. When they reach out for an appointment, you maintain complete control.
We do not provide an online scheduler because that would require your data to be transmitted to us.
