Almost every salon platform gives you a phone app and a web dashboard. Book Visit Now is a native app on all three, iPhone, iPad and Mac, from one subscription and one Apple Account.

Settings in three columns. Your services, products, providers and locations in a proper list-and-editor layout, with explicit Save and Cancel rather than changes vanishing when you close a window.

Menu commands and keyboard shortcuts. ⌘, for settings, ⌘N for a new window, ⌥⌘N for a new appointment, ⌘T to jump to today, ⌘S to save, Escape to cancel.

Tab between fields. Work down a client profile from the keyboard without touching the trackpad.

Receipts in their own window, so you can keep an invoice open beside the calendar.

Reports you can save and print. Share, Save to Disk and Print, rather than only a share sheet.

Unsaved changes are protected. Try to navigate away from an appointment you have been editing and the app asks first.

The same book on all three devices, through your own iCloud. Take the booking on your phone between clients, write up the notes on the iPad, do the month's reporting on the Mac.

Nothing passes through our servers on the way, because there are none.

Two honest limitations, both Apple's rather than ours:

Document scanning is not available. Intake forms can be imported as files on Mac, but the camera scanner is iPhone and iPad only.

Text messages need a paste. Apple does not let apps open the Messages composer on Mac, so the message is copied to your clipboard and Messages opens for you to paste. Email opens in Mail normally.

Any Mac running macOS 14.6 Sonoma or newer.

Same app, same subscription, no separate purchase.

CSV and PDF from every major report, through the share sheet on iPhone and iPad, or Share, Save to Disk and Print on Mac. Filenames carry the report and period.

Your data is yours and always exportable, including if you move back to the free plan.

Any appointment produces a proper invoice: your logo and business name, an invoice number, the client's details, itemized services and products, subtotal, loyalty discount, tax and total. Share it, save it or print it. On Mac it opens in its own window.
