Start with the contact information you already have. When you select an Apple Contact as a client, Book Visit Now copies the relevant details into a Book Visit Now client record, alongside the history, preferences, pricing, and notes you keep in the app. Your Book Visit Now records are stored on your devices and sync through your private iCloud database when enabled. Apple Contacts remains separate, and Terminus Finalis does not receive or host your client database.

Do Not Book. A red flag that follows a client everywhere their name appears. It warns you; it does not stop you. Sometimes you take the booking anyway.

Preferences. A free-text list: room temperature, a product the client reacted to, the fact they always want the last appointment of the day.

Notes on the client, and separately on every visit: notes, formula, products used, results.

How they found you, which feeds the acquisition report.

Referrals: who you referred someone to and what it was worth.

Two controls that work together:

Price Bump raises this client's rates above your standard menu. 

Loyalty Discount takes a percentage off at the end. Use one, or both: raise a price and then discount from the raised figure, if that is how you prefer to work.

You can also type over any individual price on any appointment.

Lifetime spend, with cost and gross once you have entered what your services cost you. 

Scheduled revenue: what is already on the books, but not yet completed.

Visit counts: completed, canceled, rescheduled, no-shows. 

Action required: past appointments still needing a final status.

Reporting: to show your highest grossing clients and highest cost clients.

The Sync Contacts screen compares linked records and shows differences field by field. The scan does not change either record; you choose which changes to apply. You can also review possible duplicate Book Visit Now clients and use a guided merge. Merging Book Visit Now records does not merge or delete Apple Contacts.

"Delete Client" archives the client and their history rather than erasing it, so your reports stay accurate, and it never changes anything in Apple Contacts.
